Enhanced feature: More flexibility in adding absences
We are happy to announce that you now have new options to record time and absences in in a more flexible way on all plattforms (iOS, Android and WEB).
Key benefits:
- Part and full day absences can be created in a bulk throughout multiple days and employees, so recording an absence like planning a vacation is easier and can be done very efficiently.
- Employee overview on the mobile devices now includes the totals, i.e. total hours worked, total absences planned, total absences taken in order to get a proper overview of the certain time e.g. vacations planned over the year.
NOTES:
If LIVE tracking collides with a recorded part day absence in the future, the LIVE recording will be stopped and back dated within 30 min of the overlap, in order to avoid conflicts of time recording and absences.
Enhanced feature: Bulk operations
You are now able to clear the days for a week for one or more employees on the WEB solution, so case you did a mistake in adding time or absences in a bulk, this can be corrected in a smooth and efficient way.
Enhanced feature: Geolocation tracking [BETA]
The Geolocation tracking is now also supported for iOS devices. If the feature is enabled for your account and the user accepts the terms, iOS devices will record the current location for each clock-in and clock-out event (click here for more information).
Enhanced feature: Account management
In case employees did not accept the invitation to CrewCenter, admins can resend the invitation E-mail to users. For more information click here.

Enhanced feature: New default export (“Mos’aik”) and filter option
We support several out of the box exports to well established ERP systems. Therefore, the new default time export to the ERP solution “Mos’aik” is now available.
On top, we changed the default filter from "last year" to "last week" based on customer feedback, as the weekly time recordings are very often exchanged to ERP solutions by the end of a working week.
