New Feature: Special Time Types
We are excited to announce the introduction of a new feature in our latest update: Special Time Types. Admin users can customize special time types according to their company needs. This includes the ability to activate or deactivate the function. In addition, Admins can add, edit, or delete special time types. A code can be used to assign unique identifiers to each special time type, facilitating easier management of different types of time.
For ease of data handling and analysis, special time types can be exported via excel export.
NOTES:
- Changes in existing special time types will be reflected in past time entries.
- Special time types are available on Web and Android. The functionality will be added to iOS soon.
New [BETA] Feature: Geolocation for LIVE Tracking Events
With our first August release, we are introducing a new feature in BETA: Geolocation for LIVE tracking events. This new addition will allow you to save your location during LIVE tracking, making it easier to manage and verify activities of your employees.
Key Benefits:
- Clock-in and clock-out: Automatically save your location when you start and end your workday.
NOTES:
- This feature will only be activated for selected customers. If you would like to test it, please inform your CrewCenter contact at Hilti.
- Geolocation is available on Web and Android. The functionality will be added to iOS soon.
- Employees can decide on their own if their location is submitted while tracking time on their mobile phones.
