Timesheet View Enhancement
Project Filter: Timecards can now be filtered by project. Only matching entries are shown.
- Employee Visibility: Employees without timecards for the selected week are hidden.
- Details Panel: Timecards are grouped by match status.
- Approval Restrictions: Approval actions are disabled while the project filter is active.
- “Clear” operation deactivated: While the project filter is active, the button to “clear” timecards in bulk mode is disabled. This saves users from accidentally deleting timecards, they don’t see on the screen.
Projects Module
- Import Support: Project name, number, and cost center can be imported.
- Additional Fields: “Client” name can now be added via the web UI.
Construction Diary (BETA tenants only)
- Comment Sorting: All comments from relevant timecards are now shown in ascending order, with duplicates removed.
- Working Time by Type: Users can now view totals for each type of time across relevant work periods.
- Weather Integration: Automatically fetches weather data based on project location. If no location is set, the section remains empty.
- Image Uploads: Users can drag and drop images into the diary; these are included in the printout.

This feature is only available for BETA customers who signed up to test this feature.
Geolocation / Map (BETA tenants only)
- Improved Event Reliability: Events with edited clock-in/out times are now shown in grey, making it easy to identify modified timecards.

- Supervisors and admins can now view weekly working time split by employee in the Timesheets page. The existing daily view remains available.

- Better Button Placement: Buttons are now positioned at the bottom of the screen for easier access on larger devices.
- Streamlined Workflows: Faster processes for supervisors and admins, especially when clocking in without a crew.
Quick Action Improvements

Quick action buttons: Additional operations are now available for timesheet and crew tab. Depending on the status of your selected timecards/days/employees, users have a quick action button to:
- Approve time and revoke approvals
- Delete time
- Create new timecards

Timesheet View Enhancement
- New Weekly View: Supervisors and admins can now access a new view on the Timesheets page showing weekly working time split by employee. The existing daily view remains available.
- Deleted Timecards on Mobile: Deleted timecards are now visible on mobile. When navigating to a day view (via Crew or Timesheets), a tab will appear if deleted entries exist.
Preset Breaks
More Control Over Breaks: Users on iOS now have the flexibility to choose from different sources for their break presets:
- Use company presets
- Create personal presets
- Deactivate presets entirely
Users can review and confirm auto-inserted breaks before saving their work period.
A new home screen indicator shows when break settings have been updated by company admins.

This feature is now complete and available on iOS and Android.
