Admin Visibility: Admins can access all images uploaded to CrewCenter through a user-friendly overview panel.
Photo Grid View: Displays all available images in a date-sorted grid, regardless of whether they were uploaded from the field or the office.
Preview Panel: Selecting a thumbnail (via mouse click or arrow keys) opens a larger preview where actions can be taken.
Image Editing: Within the preview panel, users can change the assigned project and date. Once edited, the image is automatically resorted in the grid.
Full-Screen Gallery View: Clicking on the preview image opens a responsive full-screen view for detailed inspection.
Connection to Construction Diary: Edited and correctly assigned images are automatically linked to the relevant entries in the Construction Diary for complete documentation.
Image Management: Eligible users can remove images when needed. A bulk deletion is currently not possible.

Permanent Save: Reports in the construction diary can now be permanently stored.
Manual Input: Users can enrich automatically pulled data with manual entries and save the specific report.
One Report per Day: Only one report is allowed per project per day. Any additional save is treated as an update to the original report.
Calendar Indicators: A visual cue in the calendar picker highlights which dates already have a report saved, helping users identify which days still need attention.
Mobile Photo Upload: If both the construction diary and photo documentation are enabled, users can upload photos via mobile (currently Android only). These images are automatically assigned to the correct project and date.
Template Creation: Users can save the current content (manual inputs) and widget visibility settings as a template.
Template Usage: New construction diary entries start with the saved template, allowing quick incremental adjustments and speeding up report creation.

Adding images with permanent storage is now available
Upload Button on Live Screen: A new button on the live screen starts the photo upload flow.
Upload via Photo Library: The image upload flow can also be triggered directly from the photo library view.
Image Selection Options: Users can either select an image from their gallery or take a new photo directly.
Project & Date Assignment: After selecting an image, users are prompted to assign the correct project and date.
Menu Access to Photo Library: Users can also open their local photo library via the menu in the top left corner.
