Project Dashboard

The project dashboard provides a high-level overview of your projects. User can track time:

  • spent by each employee
  • spent by cost codes
  • spent by time types

Extra time balance

Customers can now track and manage extra time for their employees. By the update you receive the following functionality:

  • Employee dashboard: customers see how much extra time an employee has accumulated, a comparison between expected hours from working schedule vs timesheet logs
  • Smart absence handling: Extra time adjusts only if absence impacts expected hours
  • Admin controls: Easily view, edit, or reset extra time from the employee dashboard
  • Full traceability: All changes are logged in the extra time history

Construction Diary Access Enhancement (for Supervisor and Admin)

  • Role-based access: allows project responsible to view and manage only their assigned projects. Admins will continue to see all projects, while non-admins will only see projects they’re responsible for
  • Simply navigation: new feature enables users to directly access the Construction Diary using URL parameters for specific projects and dates

Project locations 

  • Project location is improved. Locations now show up in the map.
