Web
Employee assignment to working schedules
Admin can now:
- assign employees to different working schedules easily.
- modify employee-schedule assignments to reflect actual work routines.
Archive - Un-archive Employees
- Admin can now archive (deactivate) or un-archive (reactivate) employees directly from the employee table in CrewCenter Web. With a simple action in the 3-dot menu, admin can mark employees as archived. Refer image below:
Construction Diary control activation
- Admin Control: admins can control the activation of the Construction Diary within CrewCenter. They can toggle this feature in the General settings. When activated, the Construction Diary is accessible, when deactivated, it is hidden, but any saved reports or templates remain intact
Timecard Details
- Timecard summary now clearly shows the actual working time - absences are no longer included in the total work calculation. Absences are now displayed separately to understand real working hours and time off at a glance.
Android & iOS
Cost Codes Live tracking
- Live mode: Users can now allocate time to cost codes in live mode. This feature enables real-time selection and allocation of working hours to relevant jobs or cost codes, ensuring accurate tracking and detailed insights into work periods.
Overview Projects and Absences
- Overview: Users now have easy access to an overview on mobile where they can view the time allocation summary for projects
- Filters: the absence overview includes filters to view information for specific time periods.
Extra time on Mobile
Admin, Supervisor and Employee can now see:
- Overview tab: New enhancement in the mobile app that allows users to view and stay updated on their extra time accumulation directly within the Overview section.
Admin can access data across all users within the Overview section.
Supervisors gain visibility into the extra time of their crew.
Employees can now see their own extra time accumulation.
iOS
Timecard Partial Approval

A new grey tick icon indicates days or employees have partial approvals (some approved, some pending). Tick will be visible in Employees and Week tab:
Grey tick icon: Indicates partial approvals (some approved, some pending)
Green tick icon: All timecards approved
No icon: All timecards pending
Timecard Partial Lock

Supervisors and Admin can see a partial lock indicator (grey lock icon) in the timesheet tab on an employee level if their week is only partially locked and on a day if not all employees’ timesheets for that day are locked.
