Timesheet Filtering
1. Admin and Supervisors can now:

Filter your timesheet to view only approved, unapproved, or all timecards.
2. Admins can now:

Filter employees by archived, active, or all statuses for better overview and management.
Edit ‘active’ = not archived employees
Delete only ‘inactive’ = archived employees
Choose which columns to include in Excel exports. It makes reports cleaner and more relevant. Data points that were reported as ‘niche’ or ‘situational only relevant’ were moved into the “Other data” section and can be activated on request.
Absences that affect overtime are now correctly reflected in employee timesheet reports.

Use new option : START TIME and END TIME in the Excel export file .
In case multiple timecards are aggregated due to the settings, the fields will show the earliest start time and the latest end time of all included time periods per row.

Create and manage company calendars with public holidays directly in the settings menu under “public holidays.” Also, admins can create multiple company calendars with each having it's own set of assigned employees and defined holidays.
Automatic assignment for new employees
When importing new employees, the default calendar is automatically assigned, ensuring everyone is always up to date with the correct public holiday schedule.Clear visibility in timesheets
Public holidays are now clearly highlighted in timesheets. Hover over a highlighted day to see the holiday name.
Enable or disable timecard templates in the “automation” tab. If enabled, mobile users will see a toggle in their app menu to choose whether to use templates for faster time tracking. With this, company admins decide on the allowed level of automation. Still, users may choose to not make use of the functionality and continue tracking their time bystarting from scratch every day.
3. Eligible users can now see a visual representation of project planning details directly on the dashboard. The widget is not shown if all 3 values are empty.

Android & iOS
One-Click Timecard Entry with templates where after creating a time-card in post mode, the user can define this timecard as “template.
The timecard can be saved without changes, i.e. one-click-timecard creation
The timecard can be modified to reflect special situations; in this case, user can overwrite current timecard template with newly changed timecard.
If a template is loaded for the current day, but before the clock-out time is reached (e.g. loading a template for 8am-5pm, already at 4pm), then the clock-out time is left empty and requires manual user input.
