Overview
This article introduces recent updates to the CrewCenter platform, focusing on improvements to the "Current Balance" column, expanded extra time adjustments and enhanced Excel reporting. These changes are designed to provide clearer, more consistent and more flexible time tracking for all users.
Current Balance Column Updates
Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web
The Current balance column is now available on the employee dashboard (Web). This static column always displays the total extra time from the current year up to (and including) the previous day, regardless of the selected time frame. Negative values are highlighted in red for better visibility.
Note: The current balance calculation does not include today's data.
Roles: Admin, Supervisor, Employee | Interface: Mobile
On Mobile, the Current balance in the Overview tab now uses the same standardized calculation as the Web version. This ensures that the value is consistent and clear across both platforms. The current balance always excludes 'today' to provide a reliable snapshot that remains unchanged throughout the day.
Expanded Extra Time Adjustments

You can now enter larger extra time corrections in a single step. The limit for manual adjustments has increased from 99 hours to 999 hours and 59 minutes. This makes it easier to handle large balance carry-overs or corrections.
Enhanced Excel Reports: Overtime & Corrections
Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web
Standard Excel exports now include more detailed overtime data. Two more time types are added: Overtime data (including modifications) and Manual overtime modifications.
Three new rows are added per day: Expected time, Overtime, and Standard time
Additionally, you can choose to export Overtime corrections, which lists manual adjustments and their corresponding comments.
