2026.04.14 Release: Ability to download Table Data to CSV, Save Export Preferences

Overview

This article covers two new features available in CrewCenter Web: the ability to download table data to CSV by one click on a various pages and the option to save export preferences. These enhancements are designed to streamline data management and reduce manual effort for users working with project, employee, and cost code data.

 

Ability to download Table Data to CSV

Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web

The feature is not tied to a specific role (Administrator or Supervisor). The CSV download button appears whenever the user has permission to view that specific table. 

Users can now export data from tables such as:

  • Employees

  • Employee Dashboard

  • Projects

  • Projects Dashboard

  • Cost Codes

 

Data is exported into an editable CSV file. The export respects all active filters, searches, and sorting applied to the table, ensuring that only the relevant data is included.

 

Save Export Preferences

Roles: Admin | Interface: Web

CrewCenter now remembers your export settings for each template. This includes preferences like time formats, rounding options, and which data fields to include. When you export data in the future, the export dialog will be pre-filled with your previous choices, saving time and reducing manual input.

 

Note: Please note that each export template allows you to save only one selected choice (template).
