Overview
This article covers recent updates to CrewCenter, including the ability for Admins and Supervisors to create and manage Construction Diary PDFs directly from mobile devices and Costs & Quantities (C&Q) management on both Web and Mobile platforms. These features improve on-site efficiency and streamline project reporting and expense tracking.
Construction Diary - PDF Creation on Mobile (upcoming feature)
Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Mobile
Admins and Supervisors can now view and manage Construction Diary Reports directly from their mobile devices, making it easier to stay on top of daily progress without returning to the office.
Available on both iOS and Android, the feature allows quick access to construction reports that are clearly linked to the correct project and date, ensuring accuracy and full traceability.
Users can generate a PDF version of the Construction Daily Report at any time, add signatures directly on mobile, and instantly share the report using built-in options such as email, WhatsApp, and other communication apps.
Costs & Quantities (C&Q) (upcoming feature)
Roles: Admin, Supervisor, Employee | Interface: Web, Mobile
Costs & Quantities in CrewCenter is a feature available across both web and mobile that enables standardized reporting of expenses and output types in daily work.
On mobile, all users (Administrators, Supervisors, and Employees) can add and report costs and quantities as part of their daily activities, ensuring accurate and consistent data capture in the field.
On the web, Administrators have full control over configuration and management. This includes a dedicated management page where they can create, edit and organize costs and quantity types, maintain naming consistency and manage availability across projects and teams.
