Project Dashboard Features

The Project Dashboard is a central hub that consolidates data from CrewCenter to give a clear overview of project health.

The dashboard presents six categories of data, providing a general overview of project operations for the selected time period:
  • Employees (Time Spent): Breakdown of total hours worked by each employee assigned to the project.
  • Planned Duration: Visual comparison of actual hours versus planned hours. (Future Feature)
  • Cost Codes: Tracking of labor allocation across work packages or tasks to ensure alignment with the budget.
  • Time Types: Visibility into different categories of time, such as regular hours, overtime, and travel time.
  • Costs & Quantities: Expenses and quantities included in the overall project cost.
  • Photos: Images uploaded and linked to the project.
Note: The planned duration can only be defined if the project includes a start date, end date and estimated hours.

User Roles and Access

Access to the Project Dashboard is determined by the user's role and project assignments within CrewCenter.

  • Administrator: Can view the Project Dashboard for all projects across the organization.
