What should I do when an Employee leaves my Company?

In case an employee does no longer work for your company, you can revoke "Application access": Go to the "Employee" tab and open the editing form to revoke access. The name of the employee as well as the corresponding data will stay in the "Employee" and "Timesheets" Tab. However, the employee will no longer have access to CrewCenter.

 

IMPORTANT: If you delete an employee, the name and corresponding data will not appear in CrewCenter anymore. This action cannot be undone. Therefore we strongly recommend to work with the application access and only delete employees if you no longer need any corresponding data.
