Contacting CrewCenter Support

Here are the available channels you can use to contact support:

You can e-mail CrewCenter Support directly by opening a ticket for any CrewCenter-related questions. 

 

Help Center Form: 

Submit your request directly via the form in the Help Center. Provide as much detail as possible about your issue.

Chatbot

Start a chat by clicking the floating bubble icon on the right bottom corner of the Knowledge Base page. Type your question in the chat window. The chatbot will search all available articles and provide you with the most relevant answer. The chatbot is available 24/7 for instant support.

 

Contacting support from Web 

Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web

Admins and Supervisors can access a shortcut to the Knowledge Base located at the top right corner by clicking the question mark icon. Once in the Knowledge Base, they may contact us via the chatbot or the contact form.

How to Check the App version, device and system information

  1. Open the CrewCenter app on your device

  2. Tap the Menu icon to open the side menu.

      3. Look at the bottom of the menu. You will see:

  • the app version eg. 2.63.0

  • country and customer ID eg. (DE_0012345678)

  • device model eg. iPhone 14

  • OS version (iOS or Android) eg. (iOS 18.2)

      4. Use the “X” button at the top to close the menu when finished.
