Project Dashboard
The project dashboard provides a high-level overview of your projects. User can track time:
- spent by each employee
- spent by cost codes
- spent by time types
Overtime balance
Customers can now track and manage overtime for their employees. By the update you receive the following functionality:
- Employee dashboard: customers see how much overtime an employee has accumulated, a comparison between expected hours from working schedule vs timesheet logs
- Smart absence handling: overtime adjusts only if absence impacts expected hours
- Admin controls: Easily view, edit, or reset overtime from the employee dashboard
- Full traceability: All changes are logged in the overtime history
Construction Diary Access Enhancement (for Supervisor and Admin)
- Role-based access: allows project responsible to view and manage only their assigned projects. Admins will continue to see all projects, while non-admins will only see projects they’re responsible for
- Simply navigation: new feature enables users to directly access the Construction Diary using URL parameters for specific projects and dates
