Aspect

Timecard Template

Preset Breaks

What it Does

Lets you reuse a previous timecard or a saved template to fill out work hours/tasks.

Automatically adds standard break times (like lunch) to your timecard.

How to Manage Uniqueness

You can review and edit the template before submitting.

You can adjust the preset break times if your actual break was different.

How it’s Used

When starting a new timecard, choose a template and update details as needed.

Preset breaks appear automatically; edit if your break was different.

Assignment

Templates can be created by the user.

Preset breaks can be set by both Admin and Users for specific days or all days.

When to Use

Use when your work hours/tasks are similar to previous days.

Use every day, especially if your break times are usually the same.

Important Notes
