2026.05.26 Release: Construction Diary: Enhanced Template Management, New List View for Time records, Costs&Quantities improvements

Overview 

This release makes reporting faster and gives you better control over time records and costs. Here are the changes from previous CrewCenter version: 

  • Construction Diary: You can now create templates, so new reports already include your standard data. 
  • Timesheets (Web): A new list view shows all work periods and absences in one place, with filters and actions like approve, lock or delete. 
  • Costs & Quantities: Easier to find data with mobile search and category filters. Exports now also include summarized C&Q data. 
  • Mobile: The Profile menu now shows your company name, so it’s clearer which account you’re using.
  • Plus: General bug fixes and improvements.

 

Construction Diary Templates

Roles: Admin, Supervisor  | Interface: Web

 

 

Construction Diary now offers a fully redesigned template management system - available on web and mobile - that lets admins and supervisors create, view, modify and delete templates through a new side‑panel interface with customizable content blocks, project‑specific or global assignment, per‑template logos, PDF highlight color selection and mobile template selection for building CDRs, giving teams greater control over structure, branding and consistency across projects.

New time record list view and simplified approval for pending requests

Roles: Admin, Supervisor  | Interface: Web

 

New list view for time records lets you see all work periods and absences in one actionable grid. It includes additional filters (Mode, Source, Created by, Supervisor) for easier sorting. Admin and Supervisor can also approve, lock or delete individual entries directly from the list.

Enhanced Search & Filtering for Costs & Quantities

Roles: Admin, Supervisor, Employee  | Interface: Mobile

 

Finding and managing Costs & Quantities (C&Q) has been simplified with the introduction of mobile search functionality.

 

 

Additionally, new category‑based filtering for Costs and Quantities is now available, making it easy to quickly find the right records directly on your device.

 

 

Improved Export for Costs & Quantities

Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web

 

Managing expenses and materials is easier with a redesigned 3‑dot menu for quick activation or deactivation. 

 

 

Additionally, admins can now include summarized Costs & Quantities data in the Employee Timesheet export, filtered by category.
 
 

Company name added to the Profile menu on mobile

Roles: Admin, Supervisor, Employee  | Interface: Mobile

 

The profile menu now displays the associated Company Name alongside the user's name, role, and ID.
