How to Manage your CrewCenter Subscription and Invoices with Hilti Online (HOL)

Overview

For any customer working on a CrewCenter Subscription Agreement with our sales team , you can now review, activate, and update your CrewCenter subscriptions, invoices, and more via Hilti Online (HOL).

This guide covers resources for managing your CrewCenter subscription and invoices in HOL once activated. Our companion guide covers the minimum steps required to activate a new CrewCenter subscription.

Log in to Hilti Online:

Important Note:  The practical distinction in what users are able to view and perform generally depends on their permissions. Buyer versus non-buyer will encounter different options.

Contract signer (subscription admin / authorized buyer)
  • Can sign and accept agreements/contracts (primary legal action owner)
  • Sees full subscription details, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Can complete transactions / purchases online
  • Can often manage users / roles (e.g. assign buyer rights)
  • Has access to billing, contract status, and renewals
Non-signer (regular or non-buyer user)
  • Cannot sign contracts or agreements
  • May see limited subscription or pricing info (depends on role)
  • Cannot complete purchases if assigned non‑buyer role
  • Can browse products / use basic HOL features only
  • Needs approval or role upgrade to perform commercial actions

PayCenter - View Invoices for Download and/or Payment

Accounts can view, download, and pay invoices through PayCenter when logged into Hilti Online.

To go to PayCenter:

  • Log in to your Hilti online account. Click on your profile (top right corner). 
  • Make sure you are in the Self Service tab. 
  • Navigate to: Self Service → Orders → PayCenter

Viewing Your Invoices and Balance

In PayCenter under Invoices, you will see:

  • Account Balance – your total outstanding balance
  • Due Next 7 Days – invoices due soon
  • Overdue – invoices past due

Important:

  • Amounts shown in red indicate overdue invoices.

How to View Order Details

Click Orders in the top navigation.

Open Orders and Tracking.

Viewing Order Details

Find your order in the list. Here you can review:

  • Subscription tier
  • Price / unit
  • Discounts
  • Tax and total value
  • Billing period (e.g. yearly)

Click View Items or open the three-dot menu (⋮) for:

  • View order details
  • View order items
  • Reorder
  • Request invoice copy

Understanding Order Information

Inside an order, you will see:

  • Order status (Only "Order Received" and "Confirmed" statuses are relevant for software orders)
  • Order date
  • Billing details
  • Invoice amount

You can switch between:

  • Order Information
  • Order Items

View Order Items

  • Open the Orders and Tracking tab.
  • Locate the relevant order in the list.
  • Click View Items on the right-hand side of the order.

In the Order Items view, you can review detailed information about your purchase, including:

  • Product or subscription name (e.g. CrewCenter Business)
  • Order status (e.g. Fully invoiced)
  • Price per unit (list price and net price)
  • Discounts applied
  • Quantity purchased
  • Total value

On the right-hand side, you will also see a full pricing summary:

  • Subtotal
  • Total before tax
  • Tax amount
  • Final total

Viewing Your Subscriptions

  1. Go to your profile menu.
  2. Navigate to: Self Service → Subscriptions → Your subscriptions

Locate your subscription in the Software list.

Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side of the subscription.

Select one of the following options:

  • Manage Users - to add or remove users from your subscription
  • Manage Subscriptions - to update or review subscription settings

Manage Subscriptions

On the Manage Subscription page, you can review:

  • Subscription name and number
  • License quantity
  • Start date and renewal date
  • Admin user
  • Billing cycle (e.g. yearly)
  • Price
  • Payment method
  • Purchase order reference

Available Actions

On the top right of the page, you can:

  • Transfer Admin Rights - assign a new subscription administrator
  • Change Subscription - update your subscription plan
  • Change Quantity - adjust the number of licenses


At the bottom of the page, you can:

  • Edit - Change Subscription Name
  • View Invoice - open related billing details
  • Change Subscription - modify your current plan
  • Cancel Subscription - request cancellation
