Roles: Admin, Supervisor, Employee | Interface: Web, Mobile
Introduction
The Timesheets tab in CrewCenter provides a week view of time entries for each employee. Various icons and highlights help users quickly identify the status of time entries and spot deviations from planned work or breaks.
These visual cues help understand at a glance whether time entries are approved, locked, deviating from the plan, or associated with special conditions.
Key Features
Week view for each employee’s time entries includes:
Visual highlights and icons for quick status recognition
Status indicators for deviations, approvals, locks, absences, live tracking, breaks, and special conditions
Overwriting logic for highlights (e.g., approvals overwrite deviations, locks overwrite approvals)
