Overview
This article provides the technical requirements for running CrewCenter on mobile devices. It covers supported operating systems and the official support policy for new software versions.
Supported Operating Systems
CrewCenter officially supports the most recent three major versions of both Android and iOS. This ensures that the application remains secure and performs optimally on modern hardware.
Currently supported versions include:
Android: Versions 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16
iOS: Versions 16, 17, 18 and 26.
Mobile Device Requirements
The CrewCenter mobile app is designed for smartphones running the supported operating systems listed above. For the best experience, devices should meet the following criteria:
- Active internet connection (WiFi or Mobile Data).
- Minimum network speed/type: 4G and above (Minimum of 10 Mbps)
- Sufficient RAM (typically 2GB or higher recommended for smooth performance).
- Minimum disk space, depending on usage: 500 MB
- Email application (eg. Outlook, Gmail) is required to use the Contact Support feature from the CrewCenter profile menu. More: How to Contact CrewCenter Support

Tablet Support Policy
CrewCenter officially supports (iOS and Android) smartphones only. Tablets are not supported, and issues related to resolution, functionality, or performance may occur when using the application on tablet devices.
Users who access CrewCenter on tablets may experience unexpected behavior. If any issues occur, please contact Support. Although full compatibility cannot be guaranteed, our team will review the issue and provide guidance where possible to improve the user experience.

Version Support Policy
To maintain high-quality performance, CrewCenter follows a structured rollout for new operating systems:
Support Timeline: CrewCenter aims to support new OS versions within 6 months of their official launch.
Target Window: Support for new versions released in the fall (September/October) is typically targeted for the beginning of the following year.
