Overview
Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web
Admins and Supervisors (if they are specifically assigned as the "Project Responsible" for that project) can manage their projects entirely within the CrewCenter app. From the moment a project starts, they can create it in the app, assign employees to it, automatically access data on their activity and working hours, as well as track additional costs. They can set project parameters, duration, and easily monitor progress on the Project Dashboard to see if the project is on schedule.
Project Setup
Roles: Admin | Interface: Web
To start working on a project, an administrator must first create it and provide the following information:
- General information (name, number, cost center, project manager, status – active/inactive)
- Assign employees to the project (all or selected)
- Client and project location (client name, project location)
- Planning (total planned hours, start date, end date)

Roles: Admin | Interface: Web
Once the project is active, the focus shifts to capturing accurate field data. CrewCenter offers flexible tracking modes to suit different jobsite needs.
Live Tracking

To enable Live tracking: Admin go to Settings -> Open the Time reporting tab -> Toggle Live tracking on

Geolocation Tracking
The administrator may decide whether to enable the geolocation feature for their employees. If so, they must access the settings and toggle on "Geolocation" in the General tab.
Additionally, each user must provide consent for tracking on their mobile device.
Capture location snapshots during clock-in and clock-out events to verify workforce presence on-site.
