Overview
This release introduces improvements to the Photo Library with bulk actions and expanded file support for webp formats. Mobile users on Android will benefit from enhanced support communication, while Project Managers gain expanded visibility and approval capabilities for timecards across both Web and Mobile platforms. Additionally, new self-service account deletion request options on Web have been integrated to improve data privacy and user autonomy.
Key Changes
Photo Library: Bulk Actions – Multi-select photos for batch downloading or deletion.

Contact Support Enhancement – Automated inclusion of user metadata in support emails on Android.
Account Deletion Request – New direct link to data privacy and account deletion forms within the web application now (the feature was enabled on Mobile in the previous release).

Admin can multi-select photos in the library to download or delete them all at once. A new action bar appears as soon as you start selecting items.
Note: Selection resets if you navigate away from the page.
Photo Library: Support for webp files

Admin can upload webp files to the photo library, providing greater flexibility for image management and modern web formats.
Contact Support Enhancement

When contacting support from the Android app, the email subject now automatically includes your email address and customer ID. This helps our support team identify your account and resolve issues faster.
Account Deletion Request
Roles: Admin Interface: Web
To enhance data privacy and user autonomy, users can now easily request account deletion directly from the CrewCenter web application. A new "User account deletion form" link has been added under Legal & Info (positioned directly below Data subject rights).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Navigate to the Profile icon on Web
Click Legal & Info section.
Click on the User account deletion form link.
The link will open Hilti's official data privacy request form (hosted via Dastra) in a new tab.
Complete and submit the form to request account deletion.
Note: You can change the language of the form at any time using the language selector located in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Simply select your preferred language, and the form will be displayed accordingly.
