Overview

This release improves project management, mobile usability, reporting accuracy and export flexibility. It also enhances Construction Diary workflows and employee organization. Here are the changes included in this CrewCenter release:

Project Management: Admins can now assign multiple Project Managers to a single project, giving shared access to project dashboards and Construction Diaries.
Projects on Mobile: Project addresses are now displayed directly in project lists and action cards and projects can be searched by city or street name, even offline.
Employee Management: Added Category and Position fields to help organize, filter and manage employees more effectively.
Construction Diary: The app now remembers the last used project and template for faster entry creation.
Construction Diary: Time types marked as Excluded are now correctly omitted from employee and cost code totals in reports.
Custom Exports: Added support for larger query sizes, Project and Employee Category fields, and customizable counter column positioning.

Multiple Project Managers per Project

Roles: Admin | Interface: Web

Admin can assign multiple people as Project Managers for a single project. All assigned project managers will have the same permissions and access to the project dashboard and construction diary on both Web and Mobile.

Project Address Visibility and Search

Roles: All users | Interface: Mobile

Project addresses are now displayed directly in the project list and action cards on mobile. Users can search for projects by project name or address details, such as street name or city, with full search functionality available while offline.

We've added a Category field for employees and introduced Category and Position columns in the Employee tab. These enhancements make it easier to organize, filter, and manage your workforce.

Construction Diary: Remember Last Used Project and Template

Roles: All Users | Interface: Mobile

The Construction Diary now remembers the last project and template you used, making it faster to create new diary entries.

Construction Diary: Exclude Time Types from Report Totals

Roles: All Users | Interface: Web

Time types marked as Excluded are now correctly omitted from employee and cost code totals in reports, ensuring more accurate reporting.

Enhance Custom Export Configuration

Roles: Admin | Interface: Web

The Custom Export feature now supports larger query sizes and includes the new Project Category and Employee Category fields. Administrators can also customize the position of the counter column to better align exports with reporting requirements.
