Project Dashboard: Planned vs. Actual
Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Web
A visual comparison of actual hours versus planned hours has been added to the Project Dashboard. This allows Admins and Supervisors to quickly see the project progress at a glance. The planned duration can only be set if the project includes a start date, end date, and estimated hours.
Live tracking only (Upcoming feature with activation being rolled out until end of June)
Roles: Admin, Supervisor, Employee | Interface: Web, Mobile
Admins can now enable a "Live tracking only" setting via the web app, restricting employees to track their working hours exclusively through live tracking via the Mobile App .
When enabled:
- Employees can only use live mode to start and stop their time - ensuring accurate, real-time data capture.
- The ability to manually add, edit, or delete time entries is removed for employees (Post mode -View only)
- Absence reporting continues to work as before; employees can still report absences but cannot edit or delete them once created.

Construction Diary on mobile - coherent block sequence with Web
Roles: Admin, Supervisor | Interface: Mobile
The Construction Diary on mobile now follows the exact content block sequence defined in your web templates. This ensures that the report you see on your phone and the generated PDF perfectly match the layout configured by your admin.
The "Photos" section is fixed to the last position for better readability of the PDF.
Construction Diary - Costs&Quantities added
Roles: Admin, Supervisor| Interface: Web
Admins can now add a "Costs & Quantities" widget to Construction Diary templates. This allows for the tracking of expenses and materials directly within the diary. You can add multiple blocks with specific category filters (e.g., one for "Materials" and one for "Expenses") to customize the report for different project needs.
Note: To view Costs & Quantities on the daily report, please make sure this is enabled in the Template:
Export Filtering by Project
Roles: Admin, Supervisor| Interface: Web
Admins and Supervisors can now apply a Project Filter to exports, enabling reports for specific projects instead of the whole account, simplifying project-based accounting.
Note: "Employee timesheet" remains unchanged as it already provides full coverage of the monthly records for each worker, regardless of the project.
